Well we've been talking about this for months, and I'm afraid it's finally time to bite the bullet.

Washington State law (and I'm 98% sure the same is true for Idaho) requires
specific operating parameters for online mailing lists.

To date, that mailing list is typically generated from this forum's database, and as such, we are not in compliance with state law. Therefore, I am discontinuing this practice immediately.
